Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your JW PEI purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original JW PEI dust bag and box, ensuring all protective plastic and tags are still attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at the designated courier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt.
